เทคนิคการทำกล้องวงจรปิดออนไลน์อย่างง่ายด้วยสไคพ์

ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยด้วยกล้องวงจรปิด เป็นระบบที่ช้ามายาวนานและแพร่หลาย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสถานที่สำคัญต่างๆ หรือที่ต้องการความปลอดภัยสูง เช่น ธนาคาร หรือห้างสรรพสินค้า เป็นต้น แต่ปัจจุบันระบบนี้ได้พัฒนามากว่าแต่ก่อนมาก อาทิ การบันทึกภาพในที่มืด หรือดูภาพผ่านทางอินเทอร์เน็ตได้

แต่ก็อย่างว่าแหละครับ ของดีก็มักจะต้องมีราคาแพงควบคู่กันไป ดังนั้น ในบทความนี้ผมจึงมีวิธีในการทำกล้องวงจรปิดอย่าง ง่ายที่สามารถดูออนไลน์ผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ตได้โดยการนำความสามารถของโปรแกรม Skye ที่เป็นโปรแกรมสำหรับโทรศัพท์ผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ตมาประยุกต์ใช้งานร่วมกับกล้อง เว็บแคม

ขั้นตอนแรกก็ต้องเริ่มจากไปดาวน์โหลดโปรแกรม Skye ที่ http://download.skype.com/SkypeSetup.exe หรือ http://www.skype.com/download/skype/winsows/ ขนาดไฟล์ 19 เมกะไบต์ (Freeware)

เมื่อดาว์นโหลดไฟล์ติดตั้งเรียบร้อยแล้ว ให้ติดตั้งโปรแกรม Skye ไว้ในเครื่องที่มีกล้องเว็บแคมอยู่ การติดตั้งก็ไม่ยาก อันดับแรกเลือกภาษาและคลิ้กเลือก Yes I have read and accept the คลิ้ก Install และคลิ้กที่ Next

เมื่อติดตั้งโปรแกรมเรียบร้อย โปรแกรมก็จะเปิดขึ้นมา จากนั้นก็จะมาสร้างบัญชีผู้ใช้งานก็ป้อนรายละเอียดให้ครบทุกช่าง ในช่อง Skye Name คุณสามารถตั้งชื่ออะไรก็ได้เป็นภาษาอังกฤษห้ามมีช่องว่าง แต่ก็ควรหาชื่อที่คิดว่าไม่ซ้ำกันกับคนอื่น จากนั้นก็คลิ้กที่ Next ป้อนอีเมล์และเลือกประเทศ กดคลิ้กที่ปุ่ม Sign In เพื่อเข้าระบบ

เมื่อเข้าโปรแกรมได้แล้วก็ต้องไปกำหนด Options ของโปรแกรมโดยเข้าไปที่เมนู Tool –> Options คลิ้กที่รายการ Privacy จากนั้นไปกำหนด Allow calls form เป็น only people from my Contacts เพื่อให้โปรแกรมตอบรับเฉพาะบัญชีที่อยู่รายการที่ได้เพิ่มไว้เท่านั้น (คนอื่นจะได้เข้ามาดูกล้องของเราไม่ได้)

จากนั้นเข้าไปที่รายการ video (BATA) คลิ้กเลือก Start my video automatically เพื่อทำให้เวลาที่เราเรียกเข้ามาแล้วให้แสดงวิดีโอโดยอัตโนมัติ

ต่อมากำหนดที่รายการ Advanced คลิ้กเลือก Automatically answer incoming calls เพื่อให้โปกรแกรมตอบรับอัตโนมัติเมื่อเราเรียกเข้ามา เสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้วอย่าลืมคลิ้ก Save และก็เปิดโปรแกรมออนไลน์ไว้ แต่อย่างเพิ่งปิดเครื่อง

จากนั้นให้โปรแกรม Skye ไปติดตั้งที่เครื่องอื่น (เครื่องที่จะเรียกยกเข้ามาดูวิดีโอ) และก็สร้างบัญชีผู้ใช้ใหม่ให้เรียบร้อย

ต่อมา Sign In เข้าโปรแกรม จากนั้นไปที่เมนู Contacts -> Add a Contact พิมพ์ชื่อ Skye Name ของเครื่องที่เราได้ติดตั้งเว็บแคมไว้ แล้วคลิ้กที่ปุ่ม Find รอสักครู่ก็จะเห็นรายการแสดงขึ้นมา จากนั้นให้หาชื่อที่ถูกต้อง

เมื่อเลือกรายชื่อได้แล้วให้คลิ้กปุ่ม Add Skye Contact ก็จะมีหน้าต่างให้เราส่งคำขอไปที่เครื่องที่เราได้ติดตั้งเว็บแคมไว้ ก็คลิ้ก OK ตอบรับได้เลย จากนั้นก็คลิ้กที่ปุ่ม Call (ปุ่มสีเขียว) หากมีข้อความว่า Only calls from Contacts accepted ก็แสดงว่าคุณยังไม่ได้เพิ่ม Contact ให้กับเครื่องที่เราติดตั้งเว็บแคม ก็กลับไปที่เครื่องจากนั้นก็ Add contact ที่เราสร้างใหม่เข้าไปในโปรแกรม

ให้ลองเรียกเข้าไปใหม่ ถ้าไม่มีปัญหาอะไรเราก็จะเป็นภาพและได้ยินเสียงจากเครื่องที่เราได้ติดตั้ง เว็บแคมไว้แสดงขึ้นมา ถ้าต้องการดูหน้าต่างใหญ่ขึ้นก็คลิ้กที่ Video In Window หรือถ้าต้องการภาพแบบเต็มจอก็คลิ้กที่ Full Screen Video

เมื่อได้ติดตั้งเรียบร้อยหมดแล้ว เครื่องที่คุณทำเป็นกล้องวงจรปิด ก็จำเป็นต้องเปิดเครื่องและเชื่อมต่อกับอินเทอร์เน็ตไว้ตลอดเวลาด้วย เราก็จะสามารถเรียกเข้ามาดูกล้องวงจรปิดของ เราได้จากทั่วโลกโดยใช้โปรแกรม Skye และต้องล็อกอินด้วย Skye Name ที่เราได้เพิ่มไว้ในรายการของเครื่องที่ติดตั้งกล้องเท่านั้นจึงจะสามารถ เข้ามาดูภาพจากกล้องได้

โดยทั่วไปแล้วจะถูกแบ่งง่ายๆ ออกเป็นสองชนิดคือ กล้องสี และกล้องขาวดำซึ่งขึ้นอยู่กับ ความต้องการ ของผู้ใช้และสถานที่ในการ ติดตั้งซึ่งต้องประกอบไปด้วย ลักษณะ ของการใช้งานจริง ยกตัวอย่างเช่น

กล้องสี ควรใช้งานกับสถานที่ที่มีแสงสม่ำเสมอ เช่น ซูปเปอร์มาเก็ต, มินิมาร์ท, ร้านทอง ฯลฯ เป็นต้น จากกลุ่มที่ยกตัวอย่างให้เห็นนั้นมีความ เหมาะสมกล่าวคือกล้องสีสามารถแยกแยะรายละเอียดหรือสีของสิ่งของ ได้ดี และในสถานที่ที่ยกตัวอย่างดังกล่าวก็มีการใช้แสงสว่างค่อนข้างมาก และสม่ำเสมอภาพที่มา ปรากฎบนหน้าจอมอนิเตอร์ ก็จะมีความชัดเจน

กล้องขาวดำ กล้องชนิดนี้เป็นกล้องที่ใช้แสงในการรับภาพต่ำมาก (LUX) เหมาะอย่างยิ่งที่จะใช้งานในด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยเนื่องจาก สามารถดูในเวลากลางคืนได้ ดีกว่ากล้องสีเหมาะสำหรับโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม เช่น ในอาคาร, คลังสินค้า, โรงงาน, กระบวนการผลิต, พื้นที่อันตราย, เคาเตอร์เก็บเงิน, ลานจอดรถ, ปั๊มน้ำมัน หรือสถานที่ที่ใช้อุปกรณ์ดูแลรักษาความปลอดภัย

หมายเหตุ ปัจจุบันกล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิดจะใช้แผงรับภาพแบบ CCD (CHARGE COUPLE DEVICE) ซึ่งเป็นอุปกรณ์เซมิคอนดัคเตอร์ประเภทหนึ่ง ในกล้องราคาถูกจะไม่มีหน่วยประมวลผลภาพ และหน่วยความจำ ซึ่งเรียกว่าส่วนประมวลผลภาพดิจิตอล (DSP : Didital Image Signal Processing) ซึ่งจะทำให้กล้องที่ไม่มีหน่วยประมวลผล DSP อยู่จะซีดจาง และความคมชัดลดลง เมื่อใช้งาน ผ่านไปช่วงหนึ่ง

Electronic access control systems generally comprise three components: the physical barrier, the identification device, and the door controller and software. The identification device uses one or more of a number of different technologies, such as a proximity card and reader using RFID; a smart card and reader; a swipe card and reader; PIN pads; or a biometric solution. The door controller and software are at the heart of the system and are used to decide who can gain access through which access point at what time of the day. These can vary depending on the size of the system and on how many readers or sites one is trying to control from one point. Gary Du, Vice Director of Manufacturing Center at Sunell, organized this event. Since the closure of 2007, Sunell adopted several approaches to reform its manufacturing management, such as 5S, production lines reform and 3T management. Taking 3T for example — Total Quality Management, Total Productive Maintenance and Toyota Production System — the company has well established the first phase and is now moving toward the second. Du pointed out that it still requires two years to fully complete the 3T management. “Afterwards, we have plans to relocate the company's resources for other purposes,” Du said.

However, change comes with resistance. Though the company has adopted these new management approaches, they were difficult to implement at the beginning, especially in manufacturing center. “The most crucial is talent and training makes people to be a talent. Training is perhaps the most important challenge to overcome,“ said Du. “In order to meet different markets' requirements, our staffs, hence, have to be capable of working independently. Therefore, we will establish skill improvement workshop (SIW) to keep our staffs staying ahead.“

"At the beginning, rather than lecturing them about the method's theories, I showed our employees how these new methods can help them become more efficient workers,” Du explained. “This is the only way to make them believe that you are helping.” At the manufacturing front, the company started to abandon the traditional production line in order to facilitate the production procedure. “The Cell- and Uline production have been customized for Sunell,” said Du. “The company offers a wide range of surveillance products. Therefore, we need to enhance our manufacturing capacity and efficiency.”

The new production line has proved its success, with higher efficiency and more product capacity. Du compared previous statistics with current ones, after production reformation was adopted. The results showed that overall efficiency increased from 45 percent to 80 percent.

Quality Assurance


Du plans to bring Sunell to another stage. Most video surveillance manufacturers in China still use physical testing via staff's eyesight in regards to image resolution, S/N ratio and distortion. With only a basic resolution chart and testers' experience however, a product's quality cannot be guaranteed one hundred percent. Du plans to introduce software based testing for products.

"I have purchased a capture card from an US-based company,” Du said. “After capturing the image, the software analyzes the image, turns i t into f igures and processes it with specific software to examine resolution, S/N ratio and so on more precisely. This solution has a long way to go but I would say that it yields much opportunity in China.”

Moreover, Sunell has a strict quality control procedure. There are several tests involved in the various stages of the production line. From the initial PCB boards, to the finished products, to packaging, Sunell conducts process quality control (IPQC), housing testing, aging testing, out quality control (OQC) and open box audit (OBA). Small and light megapixel cameras can be mounted on a pole, wall or harness to give operators a 360 degree view to monitor cars; with license plate recognition, cameras effectively record plates and the system can even recognize, through quick database searches, if cars in the junction have unpaid tickets, said McKee. License plate recognition systems integrated with public surveillance systems are more likely to catch a stolen car via recognition of its license plate.

Using event management metadata, cameras positioned high above large junctions can track and classify types of vehicle (bus, bicycle, van, car), and monitor their average speed and direction of travel. This information can be used to do a number of useful things; traffic monitoring authorities can model the data to redesign a better junction, or alter traffic signals to reduce flow, said Michael Wilks, CEO of Scyron.
